  Yesterday was your 10 month birthday.     This beautiful little angel has been the greatest gift. The light in her shines so bright. She brings so much joy to all that know her. She is so loved and cherished.. Not just by our family, but by all our friends. There is just something extra special about this baby.       I just adore these two bottom teeth!!!  My sweet Storrie.... You are changing so much. You are really starting to become your own little person. Even though you are still the most happy, content baby I have ever seen.. You are starting to let your likes and dislikes be known.   Here are a few fun things about you, my sweet baby girl.... * You weigh 20 lbs and wear 12 months . You have the cutest little fat rolls on your legs and the sweetest chubby cheeks. *You LOVE music and "dance" anytime you hear any. Since we had a three day weekend.. We headed to the farm for a three day weekend.     Harper had a little parade that was even smaller then Stanton's.. But it was still fun. The kids had a blast and I got to hang out with my new friend, Misty. She is pretty awesome:)   After the parade we went to a big BBQ at the park and went again the next day. The kids had so much fun!! They made new friends with some really sweet little girls, who turned out to be Brenna's Volly Ball Coach:)   Brenna spent Sunday night with us. The littles were super happy to have their big sister with them again. They miss her so much!! We all do!!   We spent about two ours looking at bedroom decorating idea on line.. It was a simple night... but really sweet!!!

Just look at how beautiful this girl is!!!   Brenna's mother was "kind" enough to send Jeff a picture of Bren on her first day of 8th grade. My poor, sweet husband tried to put on a brave front, but I could tell that another piece of his heart broke. This is the second year that he missed her first day. This is a man that has always juggled his schedule to be there for everything he possibly could for Brenna. He was even at more school events then  her mother was at... And when Jeff was there.. He was there!!! All those moments meant and mean the world to him. All the sporting events.. Everything!! Even now, he does what he can to make it to Harper and be there for Brenna as much as he can. We are so happy that our Brenna is doing so well... But we sure miss her EVERY SINGLE DAY!!

These two were so excited for their new school!!! The could hardly wait!   Colt's goofy little smile just melts me!!! I love that Colt said he wants to be a "Teenager" when he grows up..lol..   This little lady looks just a bit to grown up!!    This sweet boy picked me a flower when I picked him up.   This little lady was wiped out!! She stole her baby sisters binkie and was a sleep about a block away from the school.     They really LOVE their new school and their teachers. Lilly is in class with Koby and Colt with Blaze and they all see one another on the play ground. And they are both making some really good friends. I love seeing them excited to go to school everyday.

Our BIG 4th Grader................ I swear it seems like yesterday we were dropping Oliver off for his first day of Kindergarten. I will never forget that day... He set there in the gym looking at us as we were leaving with big tears running down his sweet face. Jeff almost had to drag me out.. All I wanted to do was run to him, wrap him in my arms and run away with him.   This year he was a lot more brave for sure.. But he did want his mom to be there for his first day:) The girls from across the street came over to watch the littles and Jeff took the morning off so we both could take him. He insisted only I walk him in. When we got half way in he told me that he was "good" now and kissed me bye. This time I was the one crying while he walked away from me. Like I said before.. I am super behind on Blogging. I defiantly do not want this post to be left out.     I am officially and legally Oliver's FOREVER Mom!!!   On August 22nd we finally went before the judge and he granted our petition for me to adopt Oliver!! This was one of the happiest days in my life! It is a day I have waited for since my little man was three years old.   As much as I was looking forward to this day.. the crazy thing is , I do not feel different. He has been my son for some time now in every way that counts. It is just now legal!!!     Oliver was assigned his own attorney to protect his best interest . When he was asked if he knew what was going on and if this is what he wanted , he said " Dude... Of course this is what I want. She is my mom!!!" ... Made my heart melt! The whole gang waiting....  Every time we say "Yay baby" Storrie will clap her hands and raise them over her head while giggling. True sweetness!!     I adore this little grin. Those two teeth are just the sweetest!    lol.. This one really cracks me up. Such a silly girl! I just love the photo editor on my phone... She is just STUNNING!

I am so SO so far behind on Blogging.. Months Behind!! I am going to do my best to get caught up. There are memories from this summer I do not want to lose. (August 19th)   I can hardly believe that my littlest princess is 9 months. It is crazy to think that this time last year we did not know she even exsited. We had no idea how our family was about to be changed. To be made complete.               Last year at this time I never would have thought I would be where I am today.  That sweet baby Storrie  would be part of my life. But now, I can't imagine my life without her.
