Are you ready for some baseball??? {Connor's 3rd Birthday}

Image
  On Sunday we celebrated our sweet nephew Connor's 3rd birthday at the RockHounds baseball game.     Lilly is the most loving child. She reached over and hugged the mouse then kissed him on his nose. But for some reason she was a little scarred of the dog and insisted I hold her for the picture:) Colt would not even get near them. He was totally freaked out.       Oliver's facial expression makes crack me up!!!     I just can't get enough of Claire. She is a angel on earth. I have never met any one as pure of heart as this girl. I am super blessed to have her as a niece.       There was this little slope by the picnic area. Colt thought this was the greatest thing. He could not get enough running up and down it.    The beautiful birthday boy.. Connor Webb..           Connor and his pretty Momma (our niece) Courtney.      Our handsome nephew Spencer.

Big Girl Syndrome

It's currently in our house. The whole my baby no longer looks like a baby .  My baby walks like a big girl .  Acts like a big girl. Sounds  like a big girl. Big girl syndrome.  It's infested  in our home.             I called the exterminator. Unfortunately , they said this is a type of bug that they simply can't  get rid of. It's one that we have to deal with for the rest of our lives . Sigh.

  Monday was such a beautiful day. It was around 90 degrees. The weather forecast showed Tuesday was going to be in the 50's(Crazy West Texas Weather). The littles and I decided to take advantage of this beautiful day and play out side. This was there first time with side walk chalk and it was a big hit!!       I was on the phone with my mother and for some reason I said the word "hate". This is Colt telling me to not say that word again. It's a bad word:)    All the sudden the coloring came to a halt.. Colt saw a bug and was fascinated. I love being the mom to a boy:) He makes me look at the world with totally different eyes.      Ronn and Missy were leaving there house down the street and stopped to say "HI" and "Bye" before they left on there trip. At first Lilly saw her 'Issy (as she calls her) and had to get hugs. Then she saw Ronn on the passenger side and she forgot all about
