Just Another Sunday
Saturday night Oliver's friend Ethan spent the night with us and went to church with us Sunday morning.. We just love this boy!! Both babies adore him and even Brenna likes him. I love that he and Oliver play so well together and there is never any arguing. Ethan also has the best manors and is so great about helping with the little kids. He and Ollie call each other "Bro's" it is so funny to hear these little guys try to talk and act all cool and grown up:)
Yet another attempt for a before church picture of the kids. One of these days I will {hopefully} get one with everyone looking at the camera and smiling. And it is not lost on me that the ONLY one actually doing what I ask is not one of my kids.
This one is a little better:)
After church we went out to eat. I swear.. eating out with Lilly right now is just miserable. She wants to climb all over me and I end up wearing more of my food then I actually eat. But at least I got a couple of cute pictures in front of the restraint before Jeff started yelling at me to put my camera up:)
Sunday night Jeff and I went to a class at church that was designed to teach parents how to teach our little ones about God and worship in every day life. It was really a fun class and insightful class. More then anything Jeff and I want our children to have a close relationship with God, so we love attending anything that will teach us to be more successful at teaching them. They had food for everyone (Rosa's, my favorite) and gave us all a great praise and worship CD for the little ones. Jeff and I honestly forget that we are "older" parents most of the time, then we go to something like this class with all these sweet 20 something year old couples and we are reminded..lol..
Brenna has started volunteering in the baby and toddler area at church. last night was her first night. She was super excited and super proud of her "Crestview Kids" shirt:) I love seeing her on fire for God. I can't even begin to say how proud we are of her and the young woman she is becoming.
I really hate that my camera keeps taking such blurry pictures. It is driving me nuts!! But regardless.. I love these two pictures of our princess. Specially the one on the right. She has the sweetest face:)
At the class they gave us cake pops, so we brought ours home for the littles. Man.. You would of thought they won the lottery with how excited they were. We set out side to eat them and since it was such a beautiful night we played for a little while.
Sometimes I think I am going to pull my hear out with Ollie and Colt's bickering and picking on one another. But soon as I have had enough were I feel like I am going to explode they are best friends again and love on each other.
Notice the matching out fits:)
Love this.. This is what Lilly does when I ask her to show me pretty face:)
This boy never fails to make me laugh.
the littles found the sand that was dumped out from the sandbox at Colt's party and spent the next 30 minutes playing in it. It amazes me how a pile of dirt can hold their interest for so long.
For some reason, I just love this photo.
Once Colt started this, it was time to stop playing in the sand.
My poor boy needs a haircut so bad. He is starting to remind me of a shaggy puppy..lol..
One minute Oliver and Brenna are laying quietly, looking at the clouds..
The next, Brenna decides to climb a tree...
Success!!
And of course, since big sister climbed a tree these two monkeys had to see if they could also
Brenna is a tad on the theatrical side, just in case you haven't noticed.
