End of CDO 2011-2012
I know it is just a mother's day out program, but with the last few days it hits me... Colt is just that much closer to pre-school, then elementary then the next thing you know he will be walking the stage at Princeton University. OK... maybe I am getting a little ahead of myself, but still, my miracle is growing up WAY too fast. I love our CDO program. We have the greatest teachers. It makes me sad that it looks like we might have to find a new program since they filled up before I could assure Colt's spot.
One of Colts sweet teacher sent me a few picture of his last days
Colt taking a nap on his "comfy bed".

Colt enjoying his snow cone on the last day of school.
One of the other teachers stopped me in the hall way and told me that she has never enjoyed watching anyone eat a snow cone like she did Colt. She said he was the cutest thing ever. Of course I agree.

The week before school was out CDO had their end of year program. His music teacher and CDO director told me they were not for sure how he would do because in practice he would throw himself down.
But at the recital he did really good. He was so cute. He would put his hands on his eyes and look around for me. I could see him mouth "Ma.. Where are you". But for the most part he did really good. He sang most of the words. I was so proud. Setting there with all the other parents, watching all these adorable children I cried. I fell in love with my baby all over again.
The picture is not that great. I forgot my zoom lense. Colt is the one in yellow shorts.
I could not get a picture of Colt before his last day. He was just not in the mood. But I am still going to post a few from his first day of school this year. He has changed so much.
