Spring Break {Day 2}

I wanted to take the kids to the park this morning but it was a little to chilly. So we went to the new Chick-Fil-A by the house for a early lunch. I really think this is the first time I have taken all three to eat all by myself. It actually went really well. They were super good {Until it was time to leave}.
I have to say the new CFA has great service. Their employees were on top of everything. My drink was never empty. Everything was going greats UNTIL one of the employee's asked me if the littles were my grandchildren. OMG! I was floored. Yes, in a little over a month from now I will be 40.. but do I look like a Grandmother? I was floored. It is amazing how one comment can change your whole mood. Anyways... by the time we finished eating the play yard was totally full so I decided we need to leave and play later when it is less busy. Colt was not happy about it and made sure every one knew it.

I had a gift card for Target so I took the little ones there to treat them with a Spring Break toy. I did not have my good camera and my cell does not take the best pictures .
Lilly was so funny. She wore her sunglasses through the whole store. Every one stopped to admire her and she ate up the attention. She went straight for a Barbie purse with a cell phone and camera and also a puppy stuffy. Making a choice for just one proved to be very difficult.

They were so excited over EVERY toy they saw.
I love Lilly's face in this one:)

She insisted on trying to carry both toys but since they were just a tad to big for her she ended up dragging them. In the end she chose the puppy.

After what seemed like a lifetime they made their choices. Oliver chose Lego's {as always}

 Colt picked a set of Max Box cars {as always}
To be honest they were horrible , or I should say Colt and Lilly were. Oliver was very good. Colt complained and screamed through the whole store because he wanted to take his cars out and Lilly was wanted to be held. Then put down. Then held. Then when she was down she wanted to run all over the place. In hind sight I should have put both their toys back and just got Oliver's and left. Next time that is exactly what I will do. Colt is becoming very difficult and I have to get him under control. He makes going any where miserable with his tantrums and screaming. By the time we got home I was more then ready for their nap time.

Here they are with their toys.
Oliver is truly the Lego king!!  He had this airplane completed within a hour and a half,

He will keep in perfect peace the mind that is dependent on You, for it is trusting in You.
