Nana and Big Daddy Visit...

Jeff's sister and brother-in-law came to visit a few weeks back.
We had so much fun!!

We started off going to the animal auction on Saturday..
I am not sure who was more excited.. The kids or Big Daddy..lol.

So much furry {and feathered} cuteness!!
Oliver really wants one of these! I am thinking when the baby is a little older we will get me...oops... I mean get Oliver one.

The guys and the kids went into the barn to look at all the animals and Nancy and I stayed outside and talked. It was so wonderful to have some one on one time together. We really have never had the chance to talk with out the distractions of our husbands and the kids. I knew that she was amazing... I just didn't know how much so. She is just the most loving, strong, beautiful woman.

Big Daddy scored some deer antlers at the auction.

We had dinner at one of our favorite restaurants in Fredricksburg.
It was such a beautiful night!
The kids even behaved and I actually got to enjoy my meal.. which is not always the case..lol

On Sunday we went to Johnson City and toured the "Texas White House" where president Johnson grew up and later where he and Lady Bird lived.
It was really neat to see the house and little museum/gift area .

Of course the kids where most excited about the airplane
The garage was AMAZING! These cars are beyond beautiful!
Coltie was so excited that he could hardly contain himself :)

So... we where not suppose to take pics in the house.. but I couldn't help but to snap a few.

President Kennedy set in that wood rocker on his visits

The presidents office.
It is mind blowing to think of all the things discussed in here.
To think of all the great leaders that stood we stop.
They where fascinated by the old time phones.. lol.
Colt said "But how does it fit in your purse" hahahah!

Then we went to Luentbauck Texas.
This is such a cool place! I cant wait to g back with just Jeff or with my girlfriends and no kids!

Every time the rooster would crow.. Lils would make the funniest faces

On the way home we drove by this little fast food place..
of course I had to snap a picture

Lilly talks about Big Daddy non stop! Poor guy.. She was attached to him just about the whole time they where here. Seriously one of the sweetest things to watch.  This man has a way with kids.
Can hardly for our next visit!
