Jeff Bought the Farm

Since Brenna moved to Harper, Jeff bought a farm in the same small town she lives in so we have a place to go and see her. We plan on building a "vacation" home there within the year. It is about 20 miles from Fredricksburg. A few weeks ago we went so Jeff could sign all the paper work and we could see our little farm. This was our first road trip with the kids. We normally stay pretty close to home. Of course the little ones slept a big chunk of the way which meant they were up all night

 The kids were so excited to stay in a hotel. Fast forward to 3 am and a screaming Lilly and we were all pretty much miserable. One thing we learned about our little doll is she does not travel well at all!!! But they did enjoy a picnic courtesy of the vending machines about 1am.

 
 
Just a few shots of our new farm. I am thinking we are going to have to go shopping for some cowboy boots and more "ranch worthy" clothes

We are starting to get serious about potty training. Storrie tells me every time she is wet or poopy, but has a bit of a fear of the toilet. Lilly had the idea of bring the potty in the living room so she could potty and watch Doc McStuffins at the same time.. It worked! We finally got her to set on it.  I am sure she is going to totally hate me for these pictures someday.. heehee.. But she is just too adorable !

My Little Fashionista

If you know me at all you know that I am obsessed with shopping for Lilly and the boys. All three of their closets are bursting with tons of cuteness! I love that people stop me where ever I am with Lilly and comment on her clothes. Several friends say she is the best  dressed kid in Midland:) It is vary rare she wears her clothes more then once or twice. A blog I follow is having a link up party to sell smocked clothes for little ones. So I decided to start a Facebook page dedicated to selling my three little ones clothes. It is a work in progress.. I have 8 tubs of Lilly's clothes to photograph and list not to mention tons of the boys stuff. Brennas 13th Birthday

  Weekend before last (June 7th) was Brenna's 13th birthday. I seriously can not belive this child is a teen ager already... Even though she has acted like one since she was 5..Ha!        Brenna got to pick the restraunt. She chose Swenson's because of the ice cream:) Love Oliver's face here.   These two are so silly! I love how close they are becoming!!   Four out of our five   These two went to town on the ice cream. We had the sweetest waitress ever. I think Oliver had a little crush..ha!     Saturday Brenna and I went on our annual birthday shopping trip. If you hear load sopping coming from our house in the nezxt week or two, don't worry.
