Last weekend
Last weekend was a blast! Friday night was my sweet friend Connie's little boys, Champ, birthday.
They had the party at First Baptist in the kitchen area where there is pool tables and fooze ball tables.
Colt thought he was king of the pool table. He was so funny. He would roll a ball in one of the holes and say " Shoot! Score!" And just laugh with so much joy. Ollie had fun pretending that he was a pro pool player. He kept telling Colt he will teach him the way it's done
Connie rented a rock climbing wall and Ollie thought it was the greatest thing ever.
I have to admit when I saw him going up, my heart stopped a little. Jeff had to stop me from
making a fuss and embarrassing the poor boy. But once I saw how safe it was I was just so proud
of how brave my big boy is.
I just LOVE my sweet friend Connie. She is such a sweetheart and so beautiful!

On Saturday we went to Stanton Trade Days. I always look so forward to this (I really need to get out more) I love looking for something unique for the house, but most of all I am on the hunt for bows.
This year it was so windy and Colt would not stay in his stroller so we did not stay long.
I did find a cute necklace for Lils and the boys wanted a gun. I wanted good old fashioned western guns, but they are impossible to find. Instead we found these that look more like army guns
and make the most awful noise. But my little men where happy and that is all that mattered.
And here is me and Lilly. She is just so dang pretty!
The rest of the weekend we just hung out at home. Jeff was sick and Lilly was fussy with
teething so we stayed home from church. We where totally blessed by good friend Ronnie
bringing his amazing homemade potato soup over to us. This stuff has to have a hundred
calories in every bite but so worth it. I was nice to have nothing to do for once.
