Storrie's Birthday

Image
November 19th at a little after 5am we welcomed our littlest princess into our family.   Storrie AnnaLee Robnett A very healthy 6lbs 5oz 18 inch long bundle of perfection     I was taking pictures at the window when the burse came out and told me it was against the rules... But she was so sweet to take my camera inside the nursery and capture a few of Storries first moments Jeff was unable to be at the hospital with me. He had to stay with the little ones and get Oliver off to school and the littles to the sitter. But thankfully my amazing mother was there. She showed up right as we were going into the OR. It was so wonderful and gave me such a peace to know that she was in the waiting room supporting me. At 40 years old I need my mother the same way I did when I was 5.. Maybe even more:) It took about two hours before Storrie was allowed in my room.  A VERY long two hours:) I will never forget when the nurse {finally}whee...

The Story of Storrie

I know a lot of you were surprised Tuesday when my Facebook exploded in pictures of our new baby girl. Jeff and I are still in shock ourselves to tell you the truth. We did not even know about our littlest princess until mid October. As many of you know we just underwent a major remodel. It really lasted almost a year with just a few months breaks in between. We became very close to our contractor, Ruben. He became a part of our family. The littles just adore him. During his time in our home he witnessed a adoption of a little boy in May fall through. And when a family member talked to us about adopting her baby he witnessed my excitement, my fear, then my realization that she was not going to be able to let  her baby go. I actually think I knew this before she did. Ruben new my desire for another baby. He saw daily the love that we have for our little ones. Thankfully he liked what he saw..lol.. When he discovered a extended family member was looking for a fo...

Super Hero Day at CDO

Image
The littles CDO had "Super Hero Day" on Halloween for the kids. Colt refused to wear a costume.. he wanted to wear his Batman shirt, and was sooo excited!!   He is such a silly boy!   Lilly totally was not into having her picture made, but I managed to get a few. I love her little dress!! It has girl super hero's all over it.   Colt and Stetson     After school we went to grab a shake at my friend Cheryl's nutrition club. My kids just love going for "ice cream" there. They also love Cheryl and her daughter Chelsey.   After we got home, Tonia dropped off Halloween treat bags for the little ones.    sorry for the blurry picture   I am so blessed to have friends who ;love my littles so much!!

Of course it was ALL is idea:) But there is no way I could allow these sweet memories not to be recorded.   Who are you going to call????       GHOST BUSTERS!!!!! My boys are OBSESSED with Ghost Busters. It is so funny how crazy they are over this show. They walk around singing the theme song daily. I had planned on different costumes.. but when these two looked at me with those beautiful eyes and said please.. I could not say no. Ghost Busters it is. I LOVE these picture of my oldest boy. He is such a ham..lol       When I was ordering their costumes Oliver saw one for the Stay Fellow Marshmallow man from the movie. As you can see, Jeff was over joyed to wear it..hahaha!! How cute is this??!! The boys cousin, Slone, was a Ghost ...
